About Erik

Erik has been a Lake Tahoe resident since 2003 when joining his family building homes in South Lake Tahoe. With a background in accounting and taxation, Erik naturally transitioned to helping buyers and sellers achieve their Real Estate dreams when obtaining his real estate license in 2006.

Although he has a no-pressure approach, he brings his attention-to-detail to ensure every stage of the Real Estate process to best serve his client’s personal goals. Erik is sure to incorporate his experience & training in business management, accounting, tax, and real estate development, negotiation skills, organization, and local contacts to benefit your needs. With a priority of customer service and most importantly ethical business practices, his sole aim is to bring his client’s property search or sale to successful completion.

In his free time, Erik tries to take advantage of all that Lake Tahoe has to offer. You are sure to find him out skiing, biking, snowmobiling, and enjoying time with his wife and daughter.

Erik is a designated South Tahoe Association of Realtor Area Specialist, has chaired the Education Committee for our local association and worked to create the South Tahoe Certified Area Specialist designation curriculum.
